This document governs the privacy notice of Custom Applications (“Software”) provided by the Owner and distributed through Microsoft’s software (“PowerApps) and web marketplace (“AppSource”).

Definitions
Non-personal data is information that is in no way personally identifiable.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, and online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The Data Controller is the legally responsible person or organization for gathering, using, processing and storing collected data.
A Data Processor uses/processes the data under the specific instructions of the Data Controller.
A User is someone who uses our Software.
Information we collect
The Owner doesn’t collect or use any Personal Data through the Software he provides – other than specifically requested by the Data Controller – and that Users can download directly from PowerApps or from the Appsource repository.
No information is transmitted to third party services.
